January 26, 2021 - Tasted right out of the bottle and it was clear that the wine needed to lay down longer. Aerated the wine and it was very nice. However towards the end of the bottle our pleasure had dissipated. Several years ago I also tasted this wine on its second day of being open and thought it was spectacular. Kudos to the wine maker for trying
