August 27, 2023 - Dark golden in color. Nutty aromas with honey and caramel. Richly concentrated with similar notes on the palate with most fruit having faded to the background. Short finish.

December 30, 2014 - A long time since I've had Far Niente's Dolce. Beautiful bottle of course (half) tremendous golden colour. Rich, sweet, not as long as expected and now probably past its best.

February 16, 2013 - Drank as part of a 10 wine Dolce Vertical (with a D'Yquem and Finger Lakes). Very rich and sweet, deep caramel and butterscotch (similar to the other Dolces) with also a strong apricot flavor. Acidity a bit higher than some of the other Dolce's of the night.
