July 31, 2014 - Alsace, mostly Riesling; 7/30/2014-7/31/2014 (Alsace): Gentle smoke-led scent; stone-fruit and yellow kiwi entry. Very ripe: Despite the intense acidity this tastes as sweet as a German Spätlese. Declared as, and tasted sweet (4). 15 EUR at cellar door. 88P(+)

May 27, 2014 - Colour: golden. Nose: fragrant, with flowers and yellow fruit. Taste: good fruit: peach with a note of banana. Quite perfumed and a bit fatty. Also quite sweet. Good, typical riesling-acids. Some depth. Paired well with crab. Very nice wine! 89-90.
