December 31, 2022 - Consumed in a flight with Taittinger NV and Thevenet Delouvin NV accompanied by oysters and good conversation. Ployez-Jaquemart was the obvious winner.

July 29, 2017 - Nice red apple and toast notes. Some light citrus notes. Very fresh acidity, a good Champagne that would be even better with food.

June 26, 2017 - Drank at dinner at Le Jardin de Les Crayeres in Reims. Nice grower champagne. Didn't wow me after a long Dom P tasting though.
