    March 6, 2021 - Excellent Romo, cépage qui se démarque du SB et Chardo si présents à Cheverny. C'est dense, mais délicat à la fois, et assez long en bouche. À presque 10 ans d'âge, il est encore meilleur qu'en jeunesse, ce qui est rarement le cas en blanc de la Loire.
