May 26, 2013 - The blend: Colombard and Ugni Blanc.
It was drunk 2 or 1 years after than it should have been. In the nose camomile tea and camomile flowers with quince, a hint of turkish delight and other white flowers. On the palate dry, green flavors, quince green plums, a little lemon and raw nuts. Full body, medium(+) acidity and long finish.
