July 8, 2017 - Ruby red color, translucent. Fruity bouquet with a hint of dusty leather. Slight sour cherry flavor quickly overcome by strong Pinot Noir flavor profile and oaky nuance. We loved it on day 1...vacuum pumped and kept in wine fridge overnight...still going strong on day 2. Drinking great RIGHT NOW. 92+
