Grön-halm till färgen och krispiga gröna äpplen till doft. Doftar även lite syrliga karameller och ngt omogen fläder. Frisk, distinkt och markerad smak som mjuknade lite till vår smöriga fisk och sås. Hög syra med mycket äpplen.Lite metallisk bi/eftersmak. -

Ljushalmgul färg. Doft av citrus och fläder med en hint av petroleum. Frisk nästan halvsöt smak med mogna päron och grapefrukt skal. Angenäm ren eftersmak. Gör sig inte riktigt till sin rätt med sältan i räkor. Kanske en lax eller Cesar sallad.
