February 2, 2024 - Color showing a little age but not much. Lemon curd and a little grated nutmeg on the nose. Fresh and vibrant in the mouth but palate coating. Lemon and lemon peel, something stony, and a very long finish that fans out and persists in every crevice. Blew my expectations away, sad this is our last bottle.

May 28, 2020 - I've had a bad run with these lately as the last 3 bottles I opened were heavily oxidized. Luckily this one was fresh and vibrant. Quite light on the nose at first although this did gain some weight as it sat in the glass. A solid citrus background throughout with tart lemon zest, tangerine, with a soft spice finish. The acid really punches though on the finish but overall this was showing lighter in weight. These are delicious when they're on, unfortunately this was my last bottle but maybe that's the safest bet. No reason to wait any longer on these

January 26, 2020 - waited too long and even though 2 yrs past drink date, you would have thought it would have held up and would drink well, sl honey color but bittter since flawed and there was very little acid

July 10, 2015 - Better than a couple of months ago. Not so gaunt. Anyway, seemed a bit advanced

June 6, 2015 - Great lasting aroma, body is pretty smoothened out, fruit and oak both integrated very well, aged character has started to float out, it will probably need another year or two to see its best maturity state.
