July 12, 2020 - Given the vintage and its age, expectations were beyond low. But this proved how well Lanessan ages. Were it not for the remarkable '66 Lagrange served with it, this would have been a revelation. In comparison, this was dustier and tired. Yet, I was able to happily stay with it through the evening.

An off vintage so not expected much. Did not feel at its best, light sweet tones, at times musty feel. Felt dilute and definitely past it's better years although not sure if it had better years.84
