December 14, 2022 - Long day of wines: Quite interesting to try a NZ Sauvignon Blanc with some age. Very green on the nose with some petroleum notes. Grassy tropical fruit with some straw notes and oiliness on the palate.

December 16, 2021 - Complex and unique. Straw yellow, very aromatic. Starts with honeysuckle, melon, candied ginger, pears, green apple and lemon notes On the palate it shows honeysuckle, melon, apple, pear, lemon, ginger and tangerine. Slight spicy in the finish.
