June 9, 2023 - Beautiful, complete wine . This is as good as White Burdundy gets.

March 9, 2022 - From Don Stott’s cellar Impeccable condition-bottle wrapped in cellophane, cork almost entirely dry and firm. The wine is a gorgeous honeyed caramel hue, and mature caramel notes come across on the nose with some yellow fruit underneath Its big but also with an acidic spine, and there’s a complexity to the flavors and aromas that kind of defies description except to say it’s big and beautiful and gloriously mature. Great stuff.

September 23, 2020 - From Don Stott's cellar. Egg custard, citrus, hazelnut, spice, caramel, and honey on the nose. Plenty of stuffing on the palate with good balance between fruit and acidity. Still very fresh and vibrant that evolves throughout the evening. 93+

July 23, 2020 - In a Galaxy Far, Far Away - Richebourg ! (Vancouver, BC, Canada): Purchased on release from LDBBC. Darkening yellow colour with a herb, crushed gravel and flint air about it. The palate was that of a large prize fighter entering the arena with huge thick lanolin and stunning subterranean citrus and peaches. Baguette flavours expanded on the back end, which was still fresh at 31 years and lingered endlessly. A subtle smoky botrytis finish added to the Monty experience by wrapping the olfaction for 5 minutes. Wow!

March 7, 2020 - La Paulée de NY Gala Dinner (Pier 60 - NYC): I preferred this to the '93 served side-by-side. This had a touch more nuance and complexity and more body/freshness on the palate. The overall package was both interesting and delicious.
