November 7, 2016 - Crisp lemon, crushed rocks, green apples; not a hint of oak. Zippy, enjoyable, and nicely priced. Solid.

December 26, 2015 - Bright color with honey and apricot on the palate followed by a long dry finish. Works well with seafood.

June 19, 2015 - 2015 Aspen Food & Wine Classic Trip; 6/17/2015-6/22/2015 (Aspen, Colorado): Bright and well-structured, this pale yellow wine offers aromas of flint, stone fruits, green apple an minerals. Light in weight and sleek on the palate, it follows with similar flavors which are supported by lively acidity and unnoticeable alcohol. The middle palate is solid and the crisp finish is medium in length. Enjoy this as an apéritif or with light fare (such as raw oysters). Drink now-2017.

February 15, 2015 - The nose is clean, med intensity, aromas of lemon, lime and citrus, stone fruit, clear character, lemon leaves, mineral, youthful.
The wine is dry with med+ body and intensity, med alcohol and med+ acidity, balanced with fresh stone fruit and citrus, lemon and lime, mineral, there is a slight bitter tone in the back, like chewing the lemon skin or pip, med finish.
Very good quality, a fine entry level to the producer’s portfolio, to drink now or hold.

September 1, 2014 - Deep lime green color with yellow hue. Pretty neutral yet somewhat crisp nose with vague aromas of fresh apples and steely minerality. The wine is dry, crisp and moderately full-bodied on the palate with intense, linear flavors of green apples, some chalky minerality and a hint of tart citrus fruits. The finish is fresh, mineral and somewhat herbal with flavors of tart green apples, steel and a hint of green-toned grassy character.

A very one-dimensional and predictable Chablis. Offers exactly what you'd expect from a Chablis - bright and tart apple fruit, high acidity and some minerality - but nothing beyond that. Perfectly acceptable and nicely versatile as a food wine, but nothing beyond that. Although Chablis very rarely is flashy (and in my opinion, really needn't be), this is perhaps a bit too boring for my taste. Good, but nothing memorable. At approx. 18€ I'd look for something more interesting.
