March 6, 2024 - Wow, what a youthful bottle of aged white Burgundy! Can this really be a village-level wine and age like this?? Great acidity and intensity for a '90 with a beautifully taut, complex, mineral-driven finish.

July 6, 2023 - Good to revisit this bottle after 7 years. The nose exhibited herbs, custard, caramelized yellow fruit, honey and kumquat. Palate showed impeccable balance between fruit and acidity. It was fresh and vibrant. In this 90 vintage, I prefer Clos de la Barre over Lafon’s Charmes and Perrieres.

June 4, 2018 - Oh man beautiful supple wine great body and lively still with freshness! Touch of sulfur nose but really well resolved.
