June 7, 2014 - Fresh with crisp acidity yet full bodied and dense. Banana, burnt almond nut, and seaweed notes. luscious and rich on the finish with a salty crushed sea shell type aftertaste. Would be great with lobster and salted butter. Has weight and structure.
