July 25, 2015 - I deal this past its recommended date and it was still a very good wine.

June 12, 2013 - My first impression upon tasting this wine is raw acidity. Sure this 2012 is very young, but the winemaker must have decided to showcase lots of Granny Smith apple, low malo lactic acidity. By no means is this all bad. If you like young crisp white wines, or are eating a creamy seafood dish, this one is for you. Has Chardonnay golden color. The nose is more Pinot Grigio with peach and pear. Nice heavy viscosity and mouth feel. The fruit definitely has a tart influence to the light banana, grainy citrus, and spicy pear. The Chardonnay brings some body and character to the Pinot Grigio. The Pinot Grigio softens what is probably under 24 brix Chardonnay. Very positive acidity. The finish has some lavender flavor with honeyed citrus and easily discernible white pear with lanolin.
