  March 2, 2019 - Delving into the “Ready To Drink Report,” an eight year old chardonnay is always a lucky dip, nevertheless, the Premium from Bass Phillip doesn’t disappoint.
  
  Clear gold colour, passion fruit and vanilla oak on the nose, hint of burnt sugar. On the palate, vanillan oak and sweet citrus flavours, orange, lemon zest acidity on the long finish.
  
  Noted when last tasted in 2014, the balance of oak and fruit. As a mature wine the oak has added character to every glass.

  November 21, 2015 - Buttery and smooth. An excellent Chardonnay. I am looking forward to trying other vintages.

  September 5, 2015 - Looks quite Burgundian on the nose and has a nice degree of restraint. The palate is ripe and full of sunshine. There are ripe peach fruits and some nice floral and dried herb nuance. It has good shape and a fruit sweet heart.
