March 6, 2020 - Well...two years later since my last note on this wine
On nose:dried apricot , present oak and vanilla .
On palate:after a one hour decant ,this wine , in addition to the above flavours , it displayed hints of creme brulee , burnt almond notes , Seville orange and a full rather alcoholic body, with diminishing acidity ....a pleasant wine on its last arc of drinkability ....if you have any , drink up......NOT a seafood wine .... went well with roast chicken and vinegar based Carolina pork back ribs .

March 21, 2018 - So, we've had this bottle for quite awhile, and it is slightly past the community drinking window. That said, this viognier was still very decent, and I'd give it possibly another year or two beyond now (and submitted a 2020 end date). It was moderately dry, but as it warmed up, a touch of sweetness came through. At the end of the day, this was still quite a nice bottle - just don't drink it super-chilled.

February 13, 2018 - Terrific. Like a Chablis more than a viognier...91 pts. Ready to go now.

October 17, 2017 - Mineral, well balanced with exotic fruity notes. Honestly taste crispy but very alcoholic, drinkable for other couple years. defenitly good wine, money worth
