September 11, 2023 - cork nearly soaked thru so glad to open this
5 hour s after opening it was expressive fruit similar to amazon but with a nebbiolo difference
I liked it more than others at vinetasters -

July 28, 2023 - (Decanted for one hour)
Deep red colour with a maturing nose showing mint chocolate, green herbs and some wood. Sweet violet fruitiness and licorice on the palate showing fully evolved tannins and some chocolate on the finish.

November 27, 2021 - Always a treat, this Cinquestelle is still a bit young, but already a pleasure to drink. Complex and expressive, with ample sweetness, cedar, tobacco, chocolate, truffle, cinnamon, balsamico, sweet spices, truffle, with a long finish. Give it another 3 years to flourish.
