May 4, 2015 - This is very good: a black-colored and inky wine, which is both fruity, full-bodied and balanced, full of strong flavors of dark berries. This is even better and a bit less Bordeaux-like in character than the ordinary cuvée of Château Lamartine. The QPR of this wine is great!

January 22, 2015 - very dark, not clear colour with very light rim. nose: firstly some alcohol, later fading. Some fresh cherries. Robust - good. taste: medium acidity, some light sweetness, ripe tannins. fruity - calls for the next sip. Soft and nicely maturd. Very balanced.

Malbec yet less fruity and less jammy. Spicy.
Fruit forward with a plummy nose but followed by bright acidity and focus on black berries.

June 24, 2013 - Un vin gras et velouté sans tanins agressifs à l'aromatique sur les fruits noirs/confits et boisé. Pas mal.. mais bu après la cuvée corcelette 2011 de foillard, il nous a paru manquer d'élégance. A regouter pour lui même.
