September 2, 2018 - Young. Splash decanted ~30 mins, back into the bottle for a few hours before jumping in. Fruit is dark blue leaning toward black. Hints of saline elements are here & there, but for now baby fat and oak tones are above that--which are also beneath acid & tannin on the back end. Will give the next bottle a couple of years
