  July 19, 2016 - Das ist speziell!! Nicht jeder wird es mögen!? Grenache Balnc fast in Reinform bekommt man ja auch nicht so oft. Die TN von Mr. Xavier Auerbach beschreibt den Wein auch 2 Jahre später noch perfekt! Und er würde mir auch in 2 Jahren noch schmecken, wenn ich mehr hätte! Mal was anderes! Lecker!!!

  October 15, 2014 - A private lunch (Restaurant Akrame **, Paris, France): Light colour, pale green-tinged white gold; very expressive, floral nose, lime and tangerine, salty minerality; soft but fresh palate, silky texture, lovely mineral energy, nice herby flavours; good length.

  It is a very good quality wine, it has a decent fruit concentration well-balanced by its fresh acidity that also equilibrates the high alcohol level, achieving a great overall balance. However it could be more complex and the finish could be longer. Can drink now, but it has enough acidity and fruit concentration to develop a bit more of complexity over the next 1-2 years.
