January 26, 2021 - Lemon, pear, salinity, steeliness. Has mellowed a bit but still hits hard. Delicious.

May 29, 2016 - Excellent, got better with age. Rich and deep, well done.

September 1, 2014 - Lip-smacking lemon acidity, vanilla, some spice and a splash of seashell minerality. Unlike others, I found the oak to be fairly prominent. Planning to give my remaining bottles more time to come together.
