September 21, 2019 - Granato molto intenso e limpido, disco lucido, olfazione dominata dal balsamico, complessa e intensamente fruttata, residui floreali di lavanda e mughetto, punta di pietra focaia, sorso fresco, lungo, con finale piccante e vagamente erbaceo. Aperto di dieci anni, assolutamente sano ma forse un anno e mezzo fa avrebbe espresso più equilibrio.
