October 4, 2021 - Appearance- Light golden color, not too effervescent.
On the nose- Pear, apple, orange
Palate- Raspberry, honey, vanilla, apple, right amount of sweetness. Nothing complex.
Finish- Light honey but otherwise tasteless.
Tastes more viscous than it appears. In general very enjoyable for the price (though this is my first serious sparkling wine tasting). Would, and will buy more. -

September 20, 2019 - Truly borderline undrinkable. There's scores in CT that I think are unnecessarily harsh but the 75 currently ascribed to this one isn't one of those. This is a hangover in a bottle waiting to happen. There's a weird sticky sweetness and a terrible aftertaste and really it was only drunk because we were a few bottles into the evening and even with that six of us couldn't get through two bottles. It was bad.

February 18, 2018 - I admittedly have simple tastes when it comes to sparkling wines, and end up liking 90% of them. This wine is Ok, with good bubbles and some acidity. No offputting bitter notes or musty flavors. It's a little sweet which limits its mixing options at brunch. I would not mix with liqueurs or sweeter juices. Tart cranberry, orange or lemon would be just right.
