August 31, 2014 - Dark Cherry nose to go with the deep red color. Creamy and smooth, well balanced, light and airey, low acid content. Definitely would order again. Great with smokey brisket or pulled pork. Was even great when just drinking it on a hot day in the backyard. Cheers!
