May 27, 2012 - Clear, Pale yellow, Wide tears. Clean, low intensity, sweetpeas, grass cuttings, white and green fruit, low minerality. Med- body, dry, slightly creamy texture, low intensity, med alcohol, no tannins, low acidity, and further tastes of slight asparagus, white peach, green gage, short finish - a very introductory Chablis lacking punch.

February 6, 2012 - William Fèvre at Bibendum (Stockholm): Smoky, some tropical fruit (?!), firm on the palate, good acidity.
(Négociant wine, i.e., not "Domaine".)
