  September 20, 2014 - Extra points purely for interest factor. Sauvignon blanc from Burgundy? Had to give it a try. Sort of dances nicely between the Sauvignon Blanc acidity/ lemongrass/ granny smith/ dryness while allowing the deeper flavors of the terroir to give it a nice balance-think floral and elegant. Drinks like a less intense SB with layers of flavour. Nice minerality. Medium bodied.

  February 8, 2014 - 12.5% - Clear, pale & light lemon / clean, med to low intensity - melon, granny smith apple, lemon / dry, med acidity and body, med- intensity, straightforward and well made sauvignon blanc.

  October 31, 2013 - Nothing special here. Typical Sauvignon aromas, though does have a background funky aroma, almost moldy. Nice acid backbone, adequate food wine.
