November 15, 2019 - 15 min decant. Some residue in remainder. This was balanced with a long finish. Kept having to go back and try another sip. Berry with licorice. This was excellent I’m now mad that I only bought one. Should’ve bought a case.

April 15, 2017 - Full bodied and bold. Mid palette a bit spicy/peppery. Finished smooth. A very sophisticated wine for the Niagara Region.
