September 15, 2023 - Really good tonight. Consistent with prior notes, but this bottle had more minerality, more depth and more balance than prior bottles. Also, it improved with air in the glass which bodes well for it's further aging potential.

April 27, 2022 - Very nice Sancerre, but not quite as chiseled or complex as I was hoping for based on the pedigree. Performed much better with food. Paired with shrimp pasta primavera, and it did great. Borderline 92- we’ll see if the next bottle hits that level...
