February 8, 2015 - Very pale white gold color. Nose of grapefruit, sea air, white flowers, saline, stone. Pure, brisk flavors of lime, grapefruit, apple core, limestone, and flint bursting on the palate with a lovely balance of fruit and dry grip. Enticing acidity and long, elegant finish. Really enjoyable and a delightful showing at this price point. Prime example of why exploring wine is so fun.
