Vinen vokser i glasset. Sommerfestkiller! Gikk fint til gratinert hummer.

December 31, 2015 - Fat, heavy and lovely chardonnay with a nose full of gooseberries and hints of roasted hazelnuts. The palate has a great balance between the fruit and the acidity. Lots of pineapple, tanguerines and some grapefruit. Very good.

August 30, 2014 - Sight: Medium Lemon
Nose: Rich and oaky, lots of lemon oil and yellow apple
Palate: Not as rich as the nose, in fact, the structure of the wine didn't stand up to the level of oak. Slightly imbalanced but overall very tasty and enjoyable. This is a white burgundy to drink now, not to lay down.
