November 10, 2006 - Lovely, even medium red color; bouquet redolant of roses; flavor has lots of silky smooth cherries layered over balanced tannins, hints of dark spices and (not in a bad way) pine. Well structured and more interesting as you drink it. Didn't change much after breathing, though.
