July 10, 2015 - Man I love this wine. A touch of smoke and flint to start with, sea bed mineral, honey, fresh mulch a touch of fresh vanilla and wax. Medium weight on the palate with lots of mineral, citrus and herbs. Great weight and length and great pairing with simple chicken and fresh green beans.
