September 5, 2013 - Subtle floral notes on the nose. Alcoholic "off-dry" , reticent floral notes with some heat on the finish. Tried it with sushi. I don't think sake is really my cup of tea. Simply too alcoholic.

August 19, 2013 - Slightly fruity nose with warming alcohol. Spicy touch and a tad of sweetish rice.
Quite fullbodied with some sugar and highish alcohol. Still delightfully neutral, but certainly not the lightest touch and not the most linear and precise style. Mid-length finish with some peppery heat.
