    September 5, 2013 - Subtle floral notes on the nose. Alcoholic "off-dry" , reticent floral notes with some heat on the finish. Tried it with sushi. I don't think sake is really my cup of tea. Simply too alcoholic.

    Quite fullbodied with some sugar and highish alcohol. Still delightfully neutral, but certainly not the lightest touch and not the most linear and precise style. Mid-length finish with some peppery heat.
