December 6, 2014 - An Evening in the Loire Valley: Westchester Wine School (White Plains, NY): Drank at WWS Loire tasting. Pale straw in color, light bodied. Lots of saltiness here, quite acidic with citrus notes. Real saline quality. This wine screams out for oysters or clams on the 1/2 shell

August 17, 2013 - BTG restaurant purchase. Light golden with a light green hue, lightly textured. Lots of salty minerality, and and slightly tart lemon. Fresh, bright and crisp with plenty of acidity. Nice finish. Paired great with mixed seafood southwestern style ceviche.
