April 11, 2016 - Low neck fill and cork broke on extraction. 13.8% alcohol, 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Cabernet Franc. Earthy bouquet and obvious browning in glass. Lovely soft fruit on palate. Very subtle and understated - claret like! Inside of bottle coated with sediment. Pair with rack of lamb. Drink soon.
