March 23, 2014 - A bit Jura-like on the nose. Apple, almond, toasted brioche, yellow flowers and subtle honey. Medium body with a rich mid-palate that shows honey and apple. A little like an apple streudel. Good persistence but perhaps a little too sweet for balance. Refreshing though and ultimately may not handle lower sugar bc of the high acidity. Good spice.
