In abbinamento con piatti di verdure grigliate è stato perfetto.
Buona l'acidità in bocca, come la persistenza che lo rende piacevole anche su un pecorino sardo poco stagionato. -

January 16, 2016 - Great stuff, this was perhaps a notch down from previous bottle but the combo of a grapefruit attack and nougat bouche and a rhubarb nose is unique and brilliant. This time we served it with some grilled salmon, and it was just outstanding.

December 11, 2015 - My oh my, I was expecting same greatness as my last bottle, but this did me in just totally.
One of the most personal wines I have ever tasted.
Marvelous fresh tangerine chutney, salty, roasted Marcona almonds, fragrance of fino, dreams of milk chocolate and nougat, but most of all this explores the essence of rhubarb; working backwards from rhubarb with pie crumbs and vanilla ice cream, to the intense but fresh sweetness of warm, sugar soaked, rhubarb flesh, finishing with the oddly tannic, sharply acidic wake-you-up-in-the-morning bitter bite of fresh spring rhubarb stems.
A wine that wakes you up, that stimulates intellectual thought, that brings you in touch with your body, but most of all a wine to soothe you and to calm you.
From razor sharp to camomile softness, and back again. Texture is perfect, going from fleshy rhone white to fresh and structured Beaujolais 1er cru.
Gosh darn it. This is good stuff.
For crying out loud, go get yourself some of this, people!
