    January 13, 2024 - Bottle bought 10-15 years ago, still easily doing well. Very good richness with a sense of elegant charm, some faint maderization, but still nicely effervescent.

    December 8, 2023 - Slightly less biscuit and more citrus than their entry level bubbly (the Tradition -- green label).

    This is more like a ladyfinger in the middle of a creamy, lemony, layered dessert.

    The nose has some honeyed orchard fruit and the finish perhaps betrays a touch of cherry.

    In one of Terry Theise's notes he says this one is "almost chocolatey", and when I squint this is really really really close to what I am tasting.

    July 29, 2023 - Disgorged May 22. Light in color. Very fine mousse. This is bright and tasty and wont earn memorability except for bang for buck which is exceptional. Drink
