November 30, 2019 - Last bottle. Two hour slow ox. Modeate color Slight browning. Cork was okay and properly stored. Nose is on dark, heavy side. Not as bright as earlier bottles. Smooth, deep flavors. Long monotonal finish with acidity fruit surfacing. Feels a bit tired. Brihghtened signigficantly after an hour or so after first glasses. Probably near or just past peak.if I had more bottles I would tend to open some soon.

February 22, 2019 - Dark red. Berry aromas. Initially a bit dusty. With air, pronounced spice flavors. Unique.

September 25, 2018 - Great wine with flank steak! It was a typically great Ayoub - lots of body, lots of length, great fruit, great underpinnings. I wish I had a case of this stuff. Mo puts his heart and soul into all his wines, but especially into his Memoir wines, which are not his most expensive - but often get mentioned as among his great wines. The 2012 (no surprise!) is fantastic! Although the drink dates show a window ending in 2019, my guess is that it will last at least until 2022, maybe longer.

April 15, 2018 - Slightly closed at first. Nice nose. Rather old worldly nose and flavor., more so than I recall. Drink final bottle in next year or two.
