Community Tasting Notes 2

February 7, 2024 - Crazy good wine from one of the more modest appellations. Totally mature with deep red fruits and sous bois notes while still being fresh and not tasting old at all. Fantastic balance.

July 20, 2013 - Rare Wine Dinner (Sydney, Australia): Very appealing aromas of strawberry, rose, cherry, tea leaves and a dash of rhubarb. Initially the fruit on the palate is bright and lovely, though it started to drop away with time and the tannin that was hidden became more evident. A pure and pretty wine that was eminently enjoyable.
