February 9, 2024 - Really, really really good. There are some tertiary flavors for sure...what you'd expect from a 12 year old chardonnay, but man, it feels like it doesn't want to turn into aged-chardonnay yet. It's fighting for dear life to stay young! - like some people I know. Anyway, tons of apricot and nectarine. Not a lot of beeswax, but some of that and still some citrus notes hiding out in there. Nice medium weight, with medium intensity and still some decent acid...enough to keep the fruit lively and fun.

November 15, 2020 - Not past it’s prime. Honeysuckle and apple. No evidence of oak - stainless or concrete. Reminded me why I like Chardonnay. Excellent paired with rockfish - glad I have another bottle.
