  February 10, 2014 - Tasted blind. Clear pale lemon in color. The nose is clean, medium (+) acidity and developing, with aromas of green apple, celery and a little nuttiness, perhaps due to a little oak. The palate is dry, with medium acidity and medium (+) alcohol (13.5). It is medium bodied, with medium (+) flavor intensity and medium length. Overall, there's a nice complexity and richness to this wine which belies its moderate climate, New World origins. Drink now, not intended for further aging.

  September 7, 2013 - Saturday Dinner with Friends (Washington, DC): Floral, grassy nose with lots of gooseberry, white cherry and herbs. Crisp, tangy SB with some diverse flavors.
