August 28, 2023 - Nothing wrong with it. Not particularly special either. Pretty standard profile for Super Tuscan; not a ton of fruit, firm tannins, excellent nose.

May 22, 2023 - This bottle was really ready and starting to peak. Texturally softened with integrated fruits and early tertiary development. A really sound bottle that was ready for the table.

December 3, 2022 - The wine looks violet colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. Nose of blackberry and forest floor. It tastes like blackberry, cherry and forest floor, tobacco and black licorice. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. Remember not a Gaja barolo but this is a tuscan merlot syrah blend. Decanted for 15 minutes and swirled before consumption and had with pork pasta dish at an Italian restaurant. Shared and enjoyed by all. Ready to drink now, getting a little soft so drink up soon!

November 20, 2022 - Full bodied with good balance. Dark wine not showing its age at all. could go on for 5-8 years easily. Lots of red fruit , great nose, and long giving aftertaste. Great value.

May 11, 2022 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS; Bolgheri (By BS): Beautiful and complex bouquet with new impressions all the time. Some barnyard, stable, cherries, cigar box etc. On the palate cherries, red berries, blackberries, sweet chocolate and beautiful, mild acidity and soft tannin. At its perfect peak now.
