April 16, 2009 - Ruby red color. Ripe black cherry, spice, mocha and smoke scent. Restrained, full-body, well-balanced, vanilla latte taste with ripe tannins.

September 29, 2007 - Opened bottle for 30 minutes....Solid Cabernet, Full bodied, dark fruit...Blackberries maybe..Firm tannins lead me to believe can cellar for a little while...Kind of one dimensional but the dimension is pretty good...Had head to head with the Novelty Hill 2004 Cabernet, and didn't seem as good....Would definitely drink again...

July 6, 2007 - A little simple, although it may get better with a longer decant. Worth trying again.
