January 31, 2017 - Nice floral and blackberry nose. Acids don't seem that well integrated. A little thin on the finish.

January 20, 2016 - Dark fruit with tertiary aromas. Still young and no rush to drink. Very enjoyable and good value.

May 29, 2015 - Meaty and floral. Fun reprieve from the major French regions. Closed on opening, needs air.

Medium body, balanced acid, gentle dusty tannins.
Nose of cured meats, black tea, plum and faint licorice.

Palate of tangy blueberry, salty bacon, dried flower petals, and black tea. Present forest floor(brettynomyces) Dr. Pepper and rosewater.

Not one I'll save about but certainly an interesting malbec.

April 3, 2015 - Pnp through a vinturri; colour is medium-dark purple with some dark ruby accents; blackberries, menthol, and some cold blackberry pie on the nose. The palate's getting some tar-ish black fruits with some hints of cassis and black licorice at the end; tannins are pretty much present and are all over the place; medium bodied with a medium finish.
