    January 16, 2014 - Moderately astringent and sweaty. Only moderately pleasurable as well and certainly not in line with some of the better Central Coast varietal mourved like Paix Sur Terre, Tablas Creek, and Sans Liege. Could be showing some heat damage... wouldn't surprise me as every time I taste at the winery in warmish weather, the wines are too warm. Note to Brian: Proper storage and serving temps are paramount. Hopefully that will be addressed when they move to their new location.
