May 11, 2007 - ON the nose, lemon, pear and oak. On the palate, medium-bodied and a bit buttery, with lemon, pineapple and a touch of well integrated oak (vanillan and spice) on the medium/long finish.

April 7, 2007 - Color is medium gold. Nose shows buttered popcorn, coconut, pineapple, and lemon oil -- also notable new oak. On the palate, thick lemon oil, pineapple, toast, and lots of oak. Pretty good, but too oaky for me.
