June 13, 2022 - Tasted at Chateau Thieuley with lunch
Medium gold colour, aromas still holding fruit more towards dried (apricot), some hazelnut and vanilla
2012 was 70% new oak maturation.
Palate showed more of the dried fruit/nuts character, lemon peel and peach/apricot
Tasted with cheese course, went particularly well with the alpine cheese. -
